NTNUI Dance offers a weekly stretching session at Gløshaugen Sports Center every Sunday at 12.00-13.00.
The first 20 min of the class are spent on warm up strength exercises. Once warm, the rest of the class is dedicated to stretching different parts of the body but focusing mainly on the legs.
The first session is 29th of January. We hope to see you there!
