  • It says I haven't paid, but I have!
    • Our prices increased, from january 2019 - if you paid in 2018, your payment is valid untill summer 2019 and you don't need to pay extra
    • If you have recieved a physical dance card for the curent semester you have physical proof that you can access dance classes
    • If you have recieved a reciept via e-mail you have a digital proof that you can access dance classes, but you have to show up in class and get a dance card
  • I can't log in / reset password doesn't work!
    • We're sorry for the inconvenience, but you have to create a new user.
  • I can't pay my membership! / The price on my invoice is wrong!
  • Can I join free trials if I'm not a student at NTNU?
  • Can I get a refund?
    • By Norwegian law you can request a refund to dans-leder@ntnui.no within 14 days after your online purchase
    • We prolong this opportunity to last one week after registration results for limited access classes if you did not get a spot when signing up
    • If you are an exchange student leaving after Christmas you can get a refund for the Spring half of the dance card year
    • If you have medical documentation of not being able to dance, you can get a refund
